Fed-Up Holdings LLC (“Fed-Up,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect information when you use the Fed-Up mobile application (“the App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This Privacy Policy applies to users in all jurisdictions. Additional jurisdiction-specific rights are described in Section 9.
2. Information We Collect
We limit data collection to what is necessary to operate, secure, and improve the App.
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:

If you subscribe, your payment information is handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive payment data. We receive only a transaction confirmation from Apple or Google indicating your subscription status.
2.4 Technical Information
We automatically collect limited technical information:

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your inputs to build advertising profiles. We do not use your inputs to train AI models owned by Fed-Up Holdings LLC.
4. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers
Fed-Up uses third-party AI service providers (currently OpenAI) to process user inputs and generate responses.
When you submit text, images, or voice input:

Your content may be transmitted to our AI provider(s) for processing

This processing is performed solely to generate a response within the App

Our AI providers operate under their own privacy and data handling policies and are contractually required to handle your content consistent with applicable law

We may add or replace third-party providers from time to time. Material changes to AI providers will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.
4.1 EU Artificial Intelligence Act Disclosure
Users in the European Union are notified that they are interacting with an AI-generated personality. AI-generated content within the App is identified as such within the user interface. The App’s AI providers and processing locations are listed in this Section 4. The App is designed to comply with applicable transparency and labeling requirements under the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act and similar laws.

5. Data Storage and Retention
5.1 Conversation Content
Chat conversations between you and AI personas are retained for the duration of your subscription to enable continuity across sessions. You may delete individual conversations or your entire conversation history at any time through the App.
5.2 Account Information
Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after account deletion as necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, and dispute resolution. We typically retain post-deletion data for up to 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law or for ongoing legal matters.
5.3 Investigatory Retention
We may retain data — including account information, conversation content, and uploaded images — beyond the standard retention period if necessary to investigate violations of our Terms of Service, comply with law enforcement requests, defend legal claims, or as otherwise required by law.
5.4 Technical Logs
Technical logs and analytics are retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and performance monitoring purposes.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We share information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

Service providers acting on our behalf (AI providers, hosting providers, analytics, payment processors) under contractual data protection obligations

Law enforcement when required by law, court order, or subpoena, or when necessary to investigate violations of our Terms, fraud, or threats to safety

7. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including:

Documented access controls limiting employee, contractor, and vendor access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

A written incident response plan governing detection, containment, notification, and remediation of security incidents

No system can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately through the contact methods listed in the App and on our website at https://www.fed-up.app. Upon receiving credible notice that a user is under the applicable minimum age, we will:

10. International Users
The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
By using the App, you consent to such transfer. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Effective Date.” Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
